Refund Policy

Refund Policy
  • We maintain a strict “No Refund” policy. All sales, including telehealth consultations and monthly subscriptions, are final.

  • Our services involve professional time, expertise, and medical evaluation, which cannot be returned once delivered.

  • As this is a monthly subscription, you will be billed automatically each month.

  • Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and must be reviewed and approved by company officials.

  • If you believe your case warrants an exception, please submit a detailed explanation to our Clinical Director at info@mydocusa.com.

  • MyDocUSA reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.

 
Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations must be made before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for that period.

  • If a cancellation request is made after a billing cycle has begun, no refund will be issued for the current month.

  • It is the subscriber’s responsibility to manage their subscription and ensure cancellation is completed in advance of the next billing date.
